Awesome experience with the inspector, Tim Wynne, of Wynne Home Inspection! Hired Wynne for a personal home inspection as my home is very old and I would like to fix and update the home. Tim was very prompt to respond, thorough in his work, and can't beat the customer service WOW! I actually overlooked the inspection report and reached out to Tim 2 weeks later and not only did he troubleshoot the database but he also emailed me the PDF. I believe he is located in Monroe but drove all the way to Rowan County to inspect my home. Like I said, can't beat the customer service.

Tim Wynne goes far above the normal expectations for good service! He went out of his way to accommodate a repair contractor that I had scheduled to work at the property at the same time that he was doing my inspection; I have not received this level of service from any contractor or vendor EVER! I cannot express my extreme gratitude for Tim and his professionalism and I highly recommend his company! I just got my final inspection completed and utilized Wynne Home Inspection working directly with the owner, Tim, with so much satisfaction (he did the 1st pre-dry wall inspection for me too). He went above and beyond what was expected including punch list as a complementary part of the inspection. He has a very keen eye even to the smallest details. If you are going the 3rd party inspector route for a new build, give him a call and tell him I sent you. You will not be disappointed! Very easy to work with and always punctual.
